Hi Tamara,
The 4 GB of RAM and the Radeon HD 4570 will run the Sims 3 very well. The spec I am not sure about is the CPU, the AMD Athlon x2 processor M300. It will probably be compatible but it might slow up gameplay unless you play at the absolute lowest monitor resolutions/graphics settings.
