I have the Sims 3 and a desktop easily powerful enough to run it. My bizarre issue is, I install the game, but when I try to play it, my screens goes black and I have to force a restart. This happened a few times, so I went to uninstall the game, which then fired up and worked perfectly until I saved and quit. It then continued the uninstall process and removed itself from my PC. I have no idea what this could be. Specs are as follows
AMD Athlon Dual Core 64 X2 5600+ 64 Bit Processor
NVidia GeForce 9500GT GFX Card with latest drivers & Direct X 11 installed
4 GB RAM
Seagate Barracuda 500gb system drive
2 x Seagate Barracuda data drives in Raid 0 array.
All on an Asus motherboard.
(when referred to as a computer term) A system of two or more computers connected together to share information and resources. The largest network in the world is the Internet.
