You might have an anti-virus, firewall, pop-up blocker or other security program blocking Adobe Flash from being installed or working properly. You need to disable them or temporarily turn them off, the reinstall. Follow the instructions below…

#1 – It is VERY important that you go to the following site on both Internet Explorer and Firefox. It will test to see if Flash is installed Flash always installs on Firefox without telling you it is successful. So you never know it is installed until you test it out http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/

#2 – After you tested Adobe Flash on Firefox and Internet Explorer with the link above and know for sure that it does not work on one or both browsers proceed to the instructions below

#3 – Make sure any and all anti-virus, firewall, pop-up blockers and any other security software is now turned off or disabled

#4 – Install the fresh copy of the Adobe Flash Player onto your browser from the following site http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
