Troubleshooting Sun Java Installation or program errors

I have received several dozen complaints about Java failing before, during or after the installation process. The cure to this is to thoroughly uninstalling any/all Sun Java instances from your PC and reinstalling it manually, from scratch. Follow the steps below to easily do this…

#3 – Go to the following address and download a fresh copy of Java. http://javadl.sun.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=33232

#4 – Install the Java file you just downloaded

Be sure to follow any on-screen instructions of the programs might give you, including to restart your PC if needed.
