Changing avatar

I tried to change my current avatar but it won`t change. They change on other forums.

That did work but it also ("below is what i see as your avatar") changed that avatar (in your post) from the laughing one to what you see in my posts now.

That`s a strange one.

When i hit refresh(f5) three times in a row, the avatar changed but it also changed the avatar you referred to  in your post>"I think you just need to hit the browser refresh button 3 times in a row. Below is what I see as your avatar"

It changes to whatever avatar you have. It is the same as your avatar.

Thank You do i have to hit refresh 3 times all the time, seems strange as i didn`t have to do that previously?? Cheers

It's the browser. To speed up web browsing the browsers usually store the pics of the site for at least a full day, sometimes a few days before it checks for a new image.

There is an option I can set on this website that will force your browser to refresh all images no matter what every time you visit the site. But the site will load slower. I just want the site to load as fast as possible

Yes i agree, Firefox can be slow as it is, so best to leave it as it is.
