What exactly do you need help with? Choosing or buying a website name? Maybe setting one up on Wordpress.com?

i need to get help on dating site called plentyoffish   it won't let me  sign up  i try get new ip address and  changing my email address and usernames  nothing works   im stll stuck

Try to sign up using a friend's computer. Go to their house and see it if works.
