Donno wat happen to my laptop !!

I am using HP-PAVILION dv6-2150us Entertainment Notebook
wit i3 processor,4 GB ram,1.68 GB Intel graphics Media Accelerator HD....

problem is.. i was using tis lap abt an year..few days before the performance became vry worst..just running a applications simultaneously will make CPU Usage to 99 or 100 %..and video card performance is vry worst... i am confused wat to do...i tried even restoring factory setting...but tis still exist...
i came this site believing gud feedback abt my problem..

When you performed a system restore what option did you select. Usually there are 2 options. 1 option would be a restore with a backup. The 2nd option is sometimes called a "destructive" restore (but it also has other names). The 2nd option erases all files, anything installed or stored on your PC, then it installs Windows from scratch like it is a brand new PC.

The 1st restore option that offers a backup I would NOT recommend. This option might actually allow a virus to be saved and transferred to the new Windows install. When I restore a PC I never select that option.

Be sure to select the destructive option that deletes/wipes out all files and anything installed, then installs Windows from scratch.
