How to get 2 taskbars in a dual monitor setup (1 on each monitor)

Running a dual monitor setup in Windows 7 and can't get a taskbar on both monitors when extending the desktop. The taskbar only displays on the main monitor.

Answer:
I am sure a lot of people are wondering the same thing. They are running 2 monitors on their desktop or have a 2nd monitor that extends their laptop and want the taskbar on both screens. Btw, I am also running 2 monitors (22” old CRT and 19” LCD)

Bad News: Windows 7 does not allow you to run multiple taskbars.

Good News: There are a few separate programs out there that place a taskbar on the 2nd monitor. Below is a list of the ones I know (I am sure there are others out there that I am not aware of. If anybody knows other ones please post them).

I never used any of those apps. I like only having a taskbar on 1 screen 

I did checkout the forums of the free app. Nobody reported any viruses or system failure problems with the app.
