Hi Rojo  Smiley

My Thanksgiving went well, thanks.

Try this to fix the problem…
1. Shut down/Turn Off the computer if it is on
2. Turn on the computer and start tapping the “F8” key on the keyboard. Do not stop tapping the key until you go into a special safe mode boot screen
3. Select, "Last Known Good Configuration" from the list

Hi Joey,

Well she told me she try it but the problem is still there. She told me this have happen before and she always have to call the technician to fix it, but I'm the type of person who believe that many of those persons fix something and damage some other or they fix it in a way it would break again in the future, so that's why I'm asking you hehehe.

Any other idea?

Thanks Joey you have been very kind with me ^^ I really appreciated

If she tried that and it did not work, the only other thing I can suggest is to reinstall Windows.

Does she have the original Windows install CD/DVD?
