Super virus

can anyone help me?
i think my pc has a virus,,
becoz,when im creating a folder,there always existing a folder named  "classified" and i cannot be deleted,,when i,m opening a drive and folders,it creating a new window, there is no "back" function on the window......
can anyone help me?i dont want to formatmy pc,bcoz it contains many files,and i dont have a back up for that,,anti virus cant help,,i'vealready tried that,,

look simple...but..that virus is blocking any software on installing on the system....
if i double click a installer,nothing happens....any software installer,,
help!

Within the tutorial linked above I give instruction on how to start the computer in "Safe Mode". This sometimes temporarily disables viruses so you can install software and run anti-virus scanners.

If it still does not work in safe mode you have 2 options..
#1 - Reinstall Windows from scratch and in the process make sure you fully delete ("format") your hard drive so no viruses will transfer over.
NOTE: All programs and data will be wiped out

#2 - It is common at my job that at least 1 computer each month will be as highly infected as yours. A lot of the times they are worse. To combat that I created an Advanced method of removing viruses/malware/spyware. I give full details of this method in the tutorial below:
