my video card doesn't seem to allow me to open anything like games, movies, songs do you guys thing you can help me?  Cry

my computer is custom built so it doesn't have a main company, its windows 7 64bit and has 3GB ram,

i have the video card VIA chrome9 HC IGP family WDDM

and it says.......... "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

I see you posted the PC has 3GB of RAM. Can you tell me what CPU and exact video card it has. The tutorial below will show you how to find this info.

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 4300 @ 1.80GHz ACER 1.80GHz

The video card will not be able to play any modern games like Sims 3 or Modern Warfare 2 but it should play movies decently.

Download and install the driver below and see what happens. See if you can play any movies.

OK thank you very much but i want to ask you one thing, y cant i even play paradise paintball? its a old game and it used to work, but now it says video card is offline do you kno what i can do?

Thanks for the screen capture. I thought it might have been something else like a virus. Now that I see the capture of the error I looked it up and it seems to be a common problem for some people.

The way it is solved is to Update the to the latest graphic card drivers. Download the drivers from the link below and install them.
