my specs are:

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+,  MMX,  3DNow
(2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Memory: 2046MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT

wonder whether I can run Black Ops  Huh

Hello Splash,

The CPU passes the bare minimums.
RAM is good.
The graphics card is borderline but it should be okay.

You will be able to play Black Ops smoothly on this computer at low graphics settings.
Also to speed up the game a little bit more I recommend following my free Black Ops PC Optimization Guide. All free mods.
