The Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 2.2GHz CPU and 4 GB of RAM are very good, Sims 3 will love them. The Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD video card passes the requirements but not by much.

Overall your laptop will be able to play The Sims 3 very smoothly at low graphics settings. It might be a little choppy at medium settings.
