I would not recommend either of those PCs for Sims 3 gameplay.

I looked on the Walmart site and found this one. It is the lowest price laptop that would play Sims 3 and all of it's expansions smoothly.

Unlike the other laptops at this price range this has a decent CPU and decent graphics card for Sims 3.
