I just bought sims 3 (PC) and whenever I launch the game...?

"Unable to start the game

Device 0 cannot run this title
Your video card does not appear to support at least Shader Model 2. Please Update your card."

-What should I do!? I really wanna play the game! but I can't. If I can't play it, the money I paid for it will go waste...HELP PLZ?

My computer information: (Ram & Video Card)

I am sorry. That video card is not supported by The Sims 3. The reason being, the graphics card does not have enough power to run the graphics of the game.

Do you have a desktop or laptop? If you have a desktop what make and model do you have? An example is an HP 8572b. "HP" is the make. "8572b" is the model #
