Is this laptop (xmas prsnt for daughter) good enough for Sims 3 Deluxe?

I'm looking at a Lenovo Idea Pad Z570 (1024-3VU) for my daughter for Christmas.  She is wanting the Sims 3 Deluxe also.  The salesperson says the laptop should be fine to run the Sims 3, but I'm skeptical as I don't know a lot about these things    Is this laptop going to be able to support the game?  I hate to spend the $ to find out it isn't able to play it all right.  Here are the system details:

Hi, yes the laptop will run The Sims 3 Deluxe (and everything else that Sims released this year).

Since the Intel HD 3000 (“integrated / on-board” ) graphics card is a low end one you just have to be prepared to play Sims 3 at low graphics settings.

If you prefer to play Sims 3 or any of the 2011+ Sims game I recommend you find a laptop with a “dedicated” graphics card. Those graphics cards will run Sims 3 smoothly at medium to high graphics settings.
