Sims 3 is working on my laptop intel core (TM) 2 Duo CPU T6670 but whenever i go into buy mode and buy something and try to go back to live mode the game shuts down. is there a problem in the installed game?

Maybe a bug or glitch in the game. Any way you could record or screenshot what happens^
