os updated (last year) from vista premium to Win 7.  Sims 3 worked fine on this computer.

even was able to load sims 3 world adventures and play that...once.  Next day.  Doesn't work.

statement is incompatibility w win 64 bit.

Perform both of the following steps for a possible solution to your problem...

Step 1. Update Windows 7 x64 via MS Windows Update. It is important to update everything. Sims 3 will not work properly if some updates are not installed. In case you need it below is a tutorial on how to update Win7 using MS Update

Step 2. Update your graphics card drivers to the latest from nVidia. Make sure they are specific to Windows 7 x64. I found the exact driver download page for your graphics card. Below is the link. Download and install it only AFTER you fully update Windows 7.
