Before I decide to purchase it, I need some help with compatibility.

Processor  1.4 GHz Intel Core 2 DuoMemory 
2 GB 1067 MHz
DDR3Graphics  NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB
Software  Mac OS X Lion 10.7.1 (11B26)

Yes. The specific MacBook Air you posted will run the Sims 3 at low, maybe even medium graphics settings.  Smiley
