I have a contact who sends me emails and when i reply the mail administrator says can`t be delivered.  Part of her correct email address is "optusnet". When i receive her email it shows that particular part as "optus.net", incorrect. She checked her Outlook Express email account tools>options>account etc., and found that she has her correct email address in there in that part of it-"optusnet" no dot in between optus and net. This is a strange one. Any ideas

Have you her log into her email account via webmail. Then have her send you the email through there. You should receive the correct email address since it is automatically configured when sending via webmail. Then once you get the correct email address of hers, give her the info.

She hadn`t checked her email account properly. I finally got her to look further in tools>options etc., and she found that she did have the wrong thing in there, so all is well finally.    Roll Eyes
