I had to think about this one for a while. I figured out a way. But 1st you need 2 different email accounts that work with MS Outlook. The main email account configured on Outlook 2007 on PC #1 and the second email account configured on Outlook 2007 on PC #2.

Only AFTER you have completed the steps ABOVE you can proceed to the steps below…

1. On PC #1 with your main email address that all the email is going to, Open Outlook 2007. Create a “Contact” for the second email address on PC #2
2. Go to the top menu, “Tools” > “Rules and Alerts…”
3. Select, “New Rule…” then “Check messages when they arrive” (at the bottom), click NEXT
4. Select, “through the specified account”. Now click the “specified” link at the bottom and select your main email that the messages will be sent to, click NEXT
5. Select, “forward it to people or distribution list”, then click the “people or distribution list” link at the bottom. Select email #2 that is on PC#2, click NEXT
6. In the next rule box you can get a little fancy if you want. If you just want all mail to be forwarded to PC #2 then ignore it and just click, NEXT
7. You can name this rule something like, “Mail Forwarded to PC #2” or something like that if you want. Now just click, FINISH

Now all email sent to your main Email address on PC #1 will be automatically forwarded to the 2nd email on PC #2.
