Hotmail Recovery Email

Hi guys,

What happen is that a friend of a friend was hacked or something happen in she can't log in into her Hotmail. She doesn't remember her secret answer and so I try to recover her account via "support center" but they said it that we need more information in order for them to approve the password reset. I asked my friend to ask her for more information, but I want to have like a second plan in case they tell us the same.
So, what else can we do?

The exact thing happened to my friend's Hotmail account over a year ago. She is still trying to get the account back with no luck.

Microsoft needs too much info to confirm the account and transfer it back.

I haven't figured out how to get back the account from the hacker.

Well it's easy... you just need the correct information, having your IP, emails you send (the sub), password you used, etc etc... but this girl is.... you know lol.

Yes, I know, your friend is SOL just like my friend is, haha.

I told my friend several times to create a hard PW to guess and she ignored me. Then the Hotmail hijack happened to her. She does not ignore me anymore.
