Import contacts from Outlook 2007

Hi, could you show me how to send contacts from Outlook 2007 to Outlook Express please?

Hi, i worked it out. Google "how to export contacts Outlook 2007-Online tech Tips", and then>Open the Address Book in Outlook Express:
File > Import > Other Address Book
Select: Text File (Comma Separated Values)
Click: Import > Browse
Browse to the location of the .csv file you just created and select it.
The Import should begin.

So in Outlook 2007 you save your contacts to CSV, then import that file to Outlook Express?
