If webproxys fail, try to setup IE to use a proxy.
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on the Tools icon from the upper right of the browser and select Internet Options from the menu.
3. Select the Connections tab and click the button for LAN Settings.
4. Enable “Use a proxy server for you LAN(These settings will not apply to dial-up or APN connections.)” under “Proxy Server” label.
5. Input the proxy server’s IP address and port.
