Many times ago, I used outlook for hotmail email address. But now it does not work for hotmail. Why?

I have used Outlook to retrieve Hotmail email for over a year now. You must know that it is not perfect. Sometimes it stops working for a day or 2. Then after that it works like normal.

I am using Win XP, it still not working. My all outlook account settings are correct. I have already use them. Now Is it banned from Hotmail to use it with Outlook?

Try to use a web browser to access your Hotmail account. If you can't login then, Yes, you are banned.
