I have seen some website, when their registration pages do not accept hotmail or yahoo email addresses. Why?

I have seen some forum not accepting hotmail & yahoo email addresses. For example moneymakergroup.com

The reason why is that many people that spam sites / forums use Hotmail or Yahoo email addresses. This helps prevent spamming.

Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, are the most popular email services. If they do not allow these email services, then they may lose about 70% of internet users. Is it?
