On my home PC and PCs at work I have had the problem below, maybe you are familiar with it?

One day a site like YouTube or Facebook does not allow me to view all the content like videos or games. It gives you some sort of weird error like the one below...
"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player."

I go to the get.adobe.com/flashplayer site, download and install the latest Adobe Flash Player.

After the install, I go back to YouTube, Facebook or whatever other Flash supported site I am trying to view and I get the same error message. Other times the site works but the next day I get the same error message.

I have figured out a way to solve this problem. I detailed it on the post below.  Cool

Most of the time your anti-virus, firewall, security or pop-up blocker software is preventing your computer from properly installing the Adobe Flash Player. Toward the end of the video below ("How-To Install Adobe Flash Player on Firefox 3.6+") I list a lot of the popular pieces of software that may cause an error. NOTE, that is just a very short list, there are a lot more out there. You must Exit or Temporarily Disable any anti-virus, firewall, security or pop-up blocker software your computer may have for a successful install.

Here is exactly what to do in order to get the Adobe Flash Player working properly...
1. Uninstall anything on your computer that is related to "Adobe Flash", "Flash Player" and "Adobe Player". My favorite way of uninstalling Adobe Flash from my computer is using the free Revo Uninstaller. Be sure to use Revo's "Advanced" uninstall method
http://www.cleartechinfo.com/Learn-How-To-Uninstall-Software-Windows-Revo-Uninstaller

2. Use the free program "CCleaner" to clean up any leftover Internet or Adobe Flash junk. Be sure to use the "Cleaner" and "Registry"options.

3. Restart your PC

4. Very Important! Make sure all Firewall, Anti-Virus, Security and Pop-up software is turned OFF or Disabled in some way or else Adobe Flash may never work

5. Go to the exact website to download and install the Adobe Flash Player

You can also follow the Adobe Flash Player install on Mozilla Firefox v3.6+ linked below for this part

Saved install file to PC and ran... then the box came up.  it is a win 7 compatibility tool.  tried installing with both options and neither worked.  still no flash under the add on.
