Well. I'm wondering if any of you know where I could get people to sign up and actually complete an offer by just typing in my referral link and that is it. The site will bring traffic to my referral link, and people will sign-up, and then complete an offer.

I did a video tutorial, 7 signed up but none of them completed an offer

Keep on doing what you were doing. Not every person will be a convert. It may take 20 people to sign up just to get 1 to complete an offer.

It can be insane how much information a company wants just to pretend that they will give you something for nothing.  Even things like paid surveys, you can get half through them and a message will prompt 'SORRY YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PROCEED'.  Would be nicer for them to decide whether you are elibigle at the start of the process, so beware.
