Hello,

What is the error message? Was this some sort connection interupted message, such as 'limited or no connnectivity' ? Or was this a windows message of sort? Got screen shots? Have you tried to restart both router and computer?
Please post more information so we can best troubleshoot the issue.

What is causing this is 1 of 2 things…
#1 Some other program that is running is conflicting with Internet Explorer. Even if you do not open any other programs there can be some that open automatically in the background when Windows Starts.
#2 It could be some type of virus affecting your computer. Internet Explorer is the most targeted web browser by virus makers. That is why I highly recommend using Mozilla Firefox to all my friends and family

Try the following in the order below for a possible fix…
1. Update your Windows which often patches up error and security holes. Download all updates. Do you have XP or Vista? Here is a Vista tutorial on how to update your computer
http://www.cleartechinfo.com/Learn-How-To-Update-Vista-Using-Windows-Update
2. Use the free CCleaner to clean up and optimize your Windows Operating System (perform the registry fix/cleanup I show in the tutorial)
http://www.cleartechinfo.com/Learn-How-To-CCleaner-Clean-Optimize-Free-Up-Hard-Drive-Space-Windows
3. Use the MSConfig command to prevent unnecessary programs from starting up (and possibly conflicting with Internet Explorer). Here is the tutorial for that…
http://www.cleartechinfo.com/How-To-Prevent-Programs-Starting-Windows-Starts-Using-MSConfig
NOTE: Follow all on-screen instructions. When Windows tells you to Restart or do something else, do so.

After you are done with all 3 steps do exactly what you normally do for a day and see if it still happens.
