hey, joey. i have something that i need help with. wen i switched to verizon as my new internet provider, my internet was very very fast! but now its a lil slow. for instance wen i start up firefox or ie8, it wold take 50 secs, insead of coming instantly. another problem is that wenevr i play a game, i takes a little longer 2 load! i cleaned my pc using ccleaner, and also went 2 performance and maintence  to free up space on my hard disk. it worked, then the day later its back to normal. so can u help me plz! (sorry for long post!)

Hello,

Try defragging your hard drive with JKDefrag.

Then use the following tutorial to prevent programs from automatically starting up when Windows starts. http://www.cleartechinfo.com/How-To-Prevent-Programs-Starting-Windows-Starts-Using-MSConfig

i dont if my pc is a 32 bit or a 64 bit. also now its called myfrag. does it work the same?

my pc is faster w/ jkderfrag but i had 2 stop cuz it was rly late during phase 3.

You can just do what I do when I have to defrag my PC. I either start the process right before I go to sleep and leave my computer on overnight or I start the process right before I leave for work.
