You can't change the keywords already submitted. But you can change the keywords on your own site. By doing so it will alter the keywords google picks up.

What type of website are you using, Wordpress?

Hi Joey,
No, not WP. Its a canned site that I put up thru Webstarts....cheap but it gives me an online presence for < 50.00. i put it up about 7 or eight months ago.

So if I change the content for better keys words? Or edit the HTML?

Thanks for your help. great site you have here.

Yes. If you go into the HTML and edit the meta tags for keywords you will be good.

But just so you know, Google Search is really smart now, unlike 10+ years ago. Even when you enter your website for specific keywords Google doesn't weigh in on them all that much. The Google search spiders crawl your site and rank your individual web pages within Google Search. It seems the actual page content rather than meta tags.

This is NOT guaranteed but the way to rank in Google for certain keywords is to fill your content with them. Here is an Example.....
Lets pretend you have a website that is about pets. You wanted to rank in Google Search for the keyphrase "dog training". You would write a long article about "Dog Training". Use that keyphrase as your subject and several times throughout the article.
Like I said it is not guaranteed but that is a strategy some people use.

Once you have submitted keyword will not be changed again. But you can add some more to it.

The following list of SEO Techniques will help you optimize your website so you will get a higher Search Engine Results Position (SERP). Some of the items can be done quickly -- others will take a bit of time.

If you complete all the items on the following list of SEO Techniques, give the Search Engines some time to send out their bots to deep crawl your website, your site traffic will increase. Make sure you are ready for it!
