Hi there, I bought a printer and when I put the CD in that comes with it... the instructions were in another language! What is wrong with my computer? Let me just mention that I bought this computer on the street. It has windows xp professional on it.Please help me! Huh

It should not be a problem. You can download the necessary software ("drivers") to install the printer online. Just follow my instructions...

1. Look at your printer up and down, top and bottom. Get the exact make and model number.

2. Whatever make it is (an example is Epson), go on that website and look up your exact model number at the "Support", "Downloads", "Downloads and Support" or something that sounds similar to that. All the sites have their own names for this.

3. Find the exact software "drivers" for your version of Windows and download it.

4. Install the drivers without plugging in the printer. When the time comes, during the install process it will ask you to connect it to the computer, do so.
