i downloaded a program called "replay media catcher", then when i didn't need it anymore, i uninstalled it from my computer but i still see it in the programs list in the control panel,is there a way to remove it ??

Use the free Revo Uninstaller to scan your computer and make sure it is uninstalled. If it is still there use the "Advanced" uninstall method.
Next use CCleaner to clean up your system of any leftover files.

when i am in part 2 or 3 at uninstalling the program it says "Invalid uninstall control file: C:\Program Files\Replay Media Catcher\Uninstall\uninstall.xml"

ah. Looks like it was originally uninstalled halfway or the original uninstall process froze during the process.

Skip Revo and do CCleaner ("Cleaner" and "Registry" options)
