delete data,reformat,clean install

ive noticed a couple more glitches with linux,
the pre-installed fire fox crashed,also my mouse and key board wouldnt respond,
i changed batterys so that wasnt the problem,
i turned pc off and back on and it worked fine.
also installed a travel the universe(google earth thing) and all i got was a black screen with no response.
restarted and same thing.
so i guess theres still a little work that needs developing.
but supporting linux also means supporting free open source software,so ill be staying with it.

on a more positive side to mint,
i can open my windows drive and use videos,images,files.
no need to transfer any data.
all programs are ready to go,no conversion necessary.

That is an odd glitch. Not sure what the issue is.

Oh yes. Linux will read Windows drives without a problem

yes it is odd,
the firefox glitch only seems to happen on youtube and vid web sites,
i might learn how to uninstall it,then install a fresh copy.

i grabed a 50 page file about how to use linux,to lazy to read,cant find narator,
so ill transfer the file to xp,and use (anoying voice) sam, lol.

also installing the antivirus requires knowledge of run commands,
will check out you tube and watch tutorials.
i found a great girl offering info on linux,called nixiepixel.
