My graphic card is Intel HD Graphics 3000 Mobile and the recommended specification is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260. i dont understand what i need to make the game work on my pc so could u help me out

these r my specifications:
Intel HD Graphics 3000 Mobile..Intel Core i3-2310M Processor..4096 MB.. how can i upgrade on what needs to be upgraded???
