Author Topic: IP address not reporting correct location  (Read 1530 times)

I live in Calif but for some reason my IP address show me as being in Canada any idea what might be going on to cause this or any suggestions on how to fix this other then just formatting the computer.

I looked up your current IP address. (When you post on any forum your IP gets logged) This one in particular shows you in Reston, VA.
All our IPs are automatically given to us by our Internet Service Provider. Your computer is not at fault here. Try contacting your I.S.P. which in your case I believe is Verizon Internet. Tell them about the IP situation and see what they say.
