Ok tonight i tried to open microsoft on screen keyboard yet it didnt open for some weird reasons. I ran a scan with Malwarebytes and hitman pro and they all showed 100% clean.
Can you tell me why on screen keyboard didnt open?

problem fixed it was fraps preventing me from opening it
