hi i had a similer prob setting up a heap of windows7 lite editions on several pc's.
all were unable to play online games,looking thru help and support i notice that you need to create a user account on win7 and edit that account from your administrators account to enable gameplay.then play as a user and not the admin.  you should only need to run as admin when you are installing software,once installed you should be able to click on the icon and launch the game or application.
the vid showed that you are unable to play games as admin?
what about the other programs on your computer?
