 Basically this is my issue. I found this video on Youtube and i have the same problem. Please help! I lost all my music on my iPod because of this. I need to fix this. If i have to download something it has to be free Sad I have no $$$$ I have researched forever trying to figure this out. For the issue in the video...

It seems like an Anti-Virus, Firewall or other security software if blocking it. I am not sure what you have on your computer but you need to turn everything Off, then download and install.
