Will I have a vista laptop and when I turn it on it loads
Up and then it says configuring updates: stage 3 of 3 -0%
complete.
Do not turn off your computer.
So I'm there waiting for it to complete and then Im still
There waiting and it's not completing it still says -0%
and then it turns of by itself and turns back on doing the
Same thing over and over please help me!
And yes I try going on safe mode but it still does the
Same thing like what can I do??? I really need my laptop!!!!

I am not familiar with that problem. So I researched the problem on the Microsoft site and I found a post that has several possible solutions. Check it out  Smiley
