Hello,

From the specs I see on your laptop it would not be able to run Starcraft 2 properly. It is not fast/powerful enough.

Could you give me the exact model number of your Toshiba laptop? I see you wrote the CPU on it is 2.1 GHz but I am not sure what specific 2.1 GHz CPU the Toshiba has. There is a small change it could be 1 of the more powerful 2.1 GHz CPUs out there.

Also the graphics card that comes with an Intel (R) 4 series Express Chipset could vary from a few models. There is another small change it might be one of the faster ones.

Thanks for the info. The CPU is a little better than I thought. "dual core" processors are a little bit faster than the older standard.

I looked it up and found the exact video/graphics card your laptop has. It is the, "Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500 MHD".

With the specs listed above the laptop would barely run Starcraft 2 even at the lowest possible graphics settings. It would be really jerky, maybe even freeze every so often. I do not recommend buying Starcraft 2 for the system.

The weakest point is the graphics card. It does not have enough graphics processing power to handle the new Starcraft 2 game.

No problem.

Unfortunately you are not able to upgrade the video card on that laptop (that is the norm for most laptops). You are only able to upgrade desktop video cards.
