vista telling me it has only 5 gigs left on the drive when its a 320 gig left

Hey i have a vista on my MSI with a 320 gig hardrive and only used like 10 gigs on it but what the prolem is . Its telling me i have no hardrive left becuase i think im running on the recovery side of the operating system so can i fix this without formating my hardrive?. And if i do that will it fix it anyways so it can use the rest of the hardrive ?.

Hi Michael,

I need you to do a few things…

1st, go to this link http://bit.ly/Record-What-Is-Wrong and it will video record your screen for a bit and automatically send it to me (when you click the big Red “Stop” button) so I can see the problem and figure out how to solve it.

2nd, While recording, If possible I would like for you to see if you can make Windows pop-up that hard disk space error message again.

3rd, While recording, Right-click the “Computer” icon and select “Manage”. Choose “Disk Management” and after that screen loads I need you to maximize that Window to full screen so I can see all of your drive settings

I will checkout your video recording when I get home tonight from work.
