well i have a question i had a problem my desk top ask me for en update and i was like lets do it and then everything was going good but then i restart my computer and then it turn of and restart and then a black screen pop up and say !!Oxc019036!!2230/48544(winsetup.dell) plz help me  oo and is windows vista Embarrassed

You should probably reformat your hard drive because seems like your windows vista is corrupted

No need to reformat or reinstall anything yet.

Try this...

1. Turn on or Restart your PC

2. Immediately tap the "F8" key on your keyboard. Keep on tapping it until you get into the "Safe Mode" menu

3. Select to start your computer in "Safe Mode". Once you select it Windows might take 5 minutes to start up, that is okay. The screen's colors will also look weird, that is normal

4. Log in if you are asked to. Once Windows fully loads, Shut Down

5. Wait like 20 seconds after the computer powers off, THEN turn your computer on like normal
