winodw 7 popup problem

Hi how do i delet administrator and user account control and that stupid popup that cant let me download things or other stufff. I tried the other videos on youtube on how to: but theya ll didn't work because they all say popup and says i have to put the password for Admin. Oh and how to delet family safety too. Thx if you know how to do it and sorry for the spelling mistakes.

What pop-up problem? what does it say?

For the family safety you go to:
-Start
-Control Panel
-On User Accounts and Family safety select "Set up parent control for any user"
-In there you should able to know what to do next.
P.S: do this with the admin. account of the PC you are using.

Just like Rojo said you need to be logged into an administrator account to do this.
