I need help whenever i try and open a zipped file my pc goes mad ie screen flashes on an of and i cant do anything to stop it except shut the power off, its driving me nuts. I am running windows vista home premium.
I first discovered the problem trying to install drivers for my web cam which is built into a asus pg191 monitor, this is still not working as i can not download and install drivers because of the above problem.

Hello. Welcome to the site.  Smiley

Try opening up the file using the free 7-zip. The past few years I have only been using 7-zip to open up .zip, .rar and other compressed file types. Works great.

If 7-zip does not work try downloading the drivers again. The driver download may be corrupt.

Here is a link for the PG191 LCD. The drivers are listed under "Others".
Download the latest "ASUS Webcam Utility V.6.96.1.04b"

I found the drivers from the link you gave me this was fine, now as soon as i tried to install them internet explorer just kept opening page after page, non stop. Then the flashing on and of really fast the only way to stop was to restart!
I also get this message come up  delivery manager stopped working
Any ideas?

That's weird. Drivers would not cause Internet Explorer to do that. I am starting to think your computer has a some sort of virus. Check out my tutorial below on how to thoroughly scan and remove any virus, malware and spyware from your computer.
