my son was downloading some software from the net i have kaspersky antivirus 2009 i did a full scan eliminated some threats and virusus but computer still keeps saying ,windows reports that computer is infected what can a i do to remove this,i have a dell pc 2350 model or am i gonna have to take it to a specialist or can i do sometging here help please.

You may be able to remove it on your own for free. I would suggest using the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and then run the free version of SUPERAntiSpyware. Then use the free CCleaner last to clean up any extra browser and registry junk the virus left behind.

NOTE: Be sure to run a "FULL"/"THOROUGH" scan with Anti-Malware and SUPERAntispyware

You can download latest genuinr antivirus and then scan your laptop with that antivirus. After scan your laptop all virus has been deleted and after your problem not solve then you have to format your harddisk.
