Hello.
I was thinking about the solution to your problem while reading this post earlier at work today. I researched it and came up with 2 possible solutions. I am currently in the middle of a personalized tutorial to solve your problem.

You will need 2 things...
1. A blank/empty portable USB drive (aka "pen drive", "thumb drive")
2. Use of another computer that can connect to the Internet

I will mess you the solution as soon as possible.  Smiley

Here is a possible solution...

- Go to another computer that is working properly. Go on the Internet, download from the link I give you. Then check out the video link I found for you on the net.

- Once you have downloaded the file and viewed the video, safely unplug your USB drive and take it to the problem computer

- Boot your Vista computer into Safe mode using the following instructions...
1. Your problem computer should initially be powered off
2. Start up your problem computer and Continuously tap the “F8” key on your keyboard until you get the, “Advance Boot Options” screen
3. Select the 2nd option “Safe Mode with Networking” by pressing the, Down Arrow on your keyboard and hit the “Enter” key on your keyboard
4. When you start up everything on the screen will look large and out of the ordinary, that is normal for safe mode so no worries

- Now do the following
1. Login and plug in your USB stick in the BACK of your Computer. The front USB connectors on the computer are probably disabled in Safe Mode (they were in mine when I tested it out)
2. It will not pop up like normal while in Safe Mode. You Must go to, “My Computer” and manually open up the USB drive to view it’s contents
3. Follow the video I sent you

- Tell me how everything went  Smiley

The last program I recommended did not work for me when I attempted to remove the malware "AntiVirus 2009" at work last week.

The program that allowed me to remove the malicious software named AntiVirus 2009 was from Malwarebytes. The program is called, "Anti-Malware".

It will also help you remove other malware like "Malware 2009" and "spywareguard.exe" just to name a couple of them.

Click Here to Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
You do not have to buy it, the trial will work for a while and remove Malware and Viruses.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I created a tutorial that teaches you how to remove viruses once you already get them. I haven't had time to edit the video and put it up like all my others.

Until I get the time here is a short description of what you have to do to remove Viruses and Malware...
1. Use another, uninfected computer and download MalwareBytes Anti-Malware. Save it to a USB stick.
2. Restart your computer and continuously tap the, "F8" key until you boot into Safe Mode
3. From the Safe Mode menu select, "Safe Mode with Networking". The computer will take about 2-4 minutes to start.
4. Log into Windows and plug in your USB stick. Go to MyComputer and open up and install the Anti Malware software.
5. Once the software installs, UPDATE it. It might take 10 minutes, maybe 15 so be patient.
6.Once updated go through the process of scanning your computer using AntiMalware. This might take 45 minutes.
7. Allow the program to remove or quarantine all malware/viruses
8. Once the cleanup finishes, RESTART your computer.
9. I cleaned up a computer last week using this method. For some reason I had to restart twice. Don't worry if you have to restart a 2nd time. Everything on the computer I cleaned up is perfect now.

People create viruses. Maybe they are bored or they really enjoy causing havoc on other people, I do not know. The people who create viruses are similar to people who would vandalize other peoples’ cars or property for fun.
