Hi Leyna,

Here is what to do to solve your trojan virus problem...

First thing, fully uninstall McAfee anti-virus. In my opinion it is not that good at detecting and removing viruses.

Next, using your GOOD, virus-free computer download the 3 programs linked below. Transfer them to a USB stick aka "pendrive". Then take the USB stick to your computer that has a trojan virus and plug it in.

Next, install the 3 programs in the exact order (Anti-Malware, then Kaspersky, last SuperAntiSpyware)

Try to update each program to the latest virus definition updates.
Last, perform a full/thorough scan of your PC with each program. Start with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then SuperAntiSpyware and scan with Kaspersky last.
