Download both on another computer and save them to a USB memory stick. Install them on the Netbook using the USB stick.

Did you have SuperAnitSpyware remove the infections? Also did you use Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware?

Just yesterday I worked on a computer that had a horrible amount of malware, spyware and viruses on it. Malwarebytes' detected and removed some infections, then AntiSpyware detected and removed others, Kaspersky detected and removed over 100 infections. If I took any of the 3 programs out of the picture I don't think my virus removal process would be as effective as it is now.

I kinda use an advanced method of removing viruses at work. IMO it is the best way to remove viruses. If you don't mind spending about $30 for a USB hard drive box and installing all 3 programs I mentioned above on another computer you can follow what I do...

1. Purchase a USB external enclosure for your hard drive. They sell them for laptop HDDs and desktops. Here is a desktop version http://bit.ly/USB-IDE-SATA

2. Remove the hard drive from your computer and place it in the external enclosure

3. Install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, SUPERAntiSpyware and Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 on another computer

4. Make sure that all 3 programs are up-to-date with the latest virus definitions

5. Plug in the USB external box ("enclosure") to your other computer and wait a minute or 3 until it fully recognizes it. It may assign it the letter E, F, G or whatever other letter your computer assigns the external unit to

6. 1st scan your drive (whatever letter it is on the other comtuer) using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. You must use the "Perform Full Scan" option. Do not forget to go through the removal process/instructions it gives you at the end

7. Scan your drive with SUPERAntiSpyware using the "Perform Complete Scan" option. Do not forget to go through the removal process/instructions it gives you at the end

8. Scan your drive with Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 using the FULL scan option. Do not forget to go through the removal process/instructions it gives you at the end

That is how I am successful almost 100% of the time at removing any infections, even when the computer has 100s of them. The only time it did not work was against this WAN IP virus. I removed it 100% but after the Internet was not working properly. I had to reinstall Windows (before the removal the Internet and whole PC was not working properly).

Is this your exact model? http://www1.ap.dell.com/hk/en/home/notebooks/laptop-inspiron-10v/pd.aspx?refid=laptop-inspiron-10v&cs=hkdhs1&s=dhs

If so it has a 2.5” hard disk drive. So you must make sure and get a 2.5” external box for it. Here is a link to one on Amazon
http://www.amazon.com/Vantec-NST-200S2-BK-2-5-Inch-External-Enclosure/dp/B0015M22C6/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1268422993&sr=8-3

Vantec is a really good brand for external enclosures, the one I use at home and work.

Using the restore CD is really safe and it will wipe out the virus. But it will also wipe out any files, music, movies, etc. you have saved on there.

When going through the process, if it gives you 2 options, use the one that says "Destructive" or the one that says it will wipe out the most data. The other option where it backs up stuff does not work well with viruses since it backs them up too at times.

Try installing it in "Safe Mode with Networking".

When your computer is off, then turned just continuously tap the F8 key on your keyboard until you get a startup screen. Select "Safe Mode with Networking" and try to install it that way.

That look's like a Rootkit TDSS... What TDSS does is disable alot of security application to run.
