Facebook is sometimes slow and freezes up Firefox sometimes... i ran CCleaner...Do i have to update Java Script?

Do the following...

1. Update Mozilla Filrefox by downloading the latest version here:
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

2. Uninstall Adobe Flash

3. Run CCleaner ("Cleaner" and "Registry" options)

4. Download and Install the latest Adobe Flash Player at the link below:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

5. Restart your PC and try out Facebook
